People often say they can’t do pull ups when they come in the gym. They are right, with attititude. However, our members “get it” and they do them – sometimes with anti gravity straps.  Pull down to get up. Repeat.

Swing on

A simple looking movement, yet complex to learn for many.  When done properly, one of the best exercises for increasing explosive power and toning the posterior chain (backside) – among many other benefits.

Rings

Just hold on for a mere half minute (3-5 times) on the rings for a great shoulder strengthening exercise.  Work up to two minutes without putting your feet down for a great challenge.
