Body weight

You don’t always have to use “weights” (barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, sandbags etc) to get stronger.  Without a  proper progression, you can easily put too much weight on the bar and then get injured by doing too much too fast.  If you tried a one arm handstand too soon, you’ll be no worse off.  Proper bodyweight training can be a much safer and incredibly rewarding way of training.  Another really cool side benefit is that once you learn it you will never be gym-less in your travels.
