Pride

Here’s Bart showing us what a great Kettlebell swing looks like.  Attention to detail and a focus on quality movements will keep you (us) making gains and having fun while doing it.

We pride ourselves on coaching proper movements, loads and repetitions each and every day for the person in front of us and the day they are in.

Squat a Lot

Yeah, we squat a lot here.  We also squat, jump forward, jump side to side (both on one foot and two), jump on boxes, and deadlift and train all aspects of  balance on one leg in our Ski Conditioning Class.  We get to dig deeper, and train some sport specificity that we don’t normally get to in our circuit classes.  So if you are looking for more focus on skiing or snowboard training.  Come join us for our next round Ski Conditioning starting November 13.

7 MORE CLASSES A WEEK

STARTING ON MONDAY OCTOBER 1 WE ARE ADDING MORE CLASSES.  CHECK FB, INSTAGRAM, AND THE CLASSES TAB FOR THE LATEST ON THE CLASSES. DON’T FORGET WHOLE 30 AND SKI CONDITIONING ARE STARTING SOON IN OCTOBER.  LOTS OF COOL STUFF HAPPENING HERE.  WE ARE STOKED!


Flakes in the Forecast

Cold mornings and leafs changing color have my mind skipping over fall and going straight into winter.  First ski round of ski class is starting October Monday October 9 at 6:30 pm.  Details under the Premium tab above.
