Ski Conditioning 2017

SKI CONDITIONING EVENING: The slopes are calling! It’s that time, the days are getting shorter and cooler and our minds drift toward the white blanketed hills….

This class is for anyone who wants to improve their balance, strength, address single limb imbalances, have fun and hit the snow ready to shred. Open to all snow riders (downhill, backcountry, snowboarders, and nordic skiers) of all ability levels.
Starts in October for the first session of two 5 week sessions.

Our first session started Monday October 9, and is in progress.

Second session starts Monday November 13.

Be ready as soon as the lifts start spinning!

Have more fun in the slope this winter! Our 5 week (3 sessions/week) class is progressive and is designed to increase your strength, endurance, power, cardio and injury resistance. All ages,fitness levels and snow riders are welcome!
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30.
Gym Members – $174 (Plus WST)
Nonmembers – $214 (Plus WST)
