We run outside

We don’t have treadmills here.  However we do a great sidewalk for 400-800m efforts right outside our doors.  We also have over 10 miles of worldclass paved trail (the Apple Capital Loop trail) within 150m of our doors as well.  Come on down, workout and then finish up outside, it’s much better than staring at TV’s.

A few reps of deadlifts  immediately chased with some burpees. That will do.

Congrats to Scott (5 minutes and 49 seconds) and Donni (38.1 seconds) for taking on lasts weeks challenge.  Their times were the best for our men and women on the big slosh pipe hold!  Check out the board for this weeks challenge.
