Great Info

Thanks to Dallas and Melissa for puting on a great seminar!  We all took some great info away from this seminar.   We wish them safe travels as they continue through the west.

Satisfied

In Justin’s words:

“The training I received at the gym put me in the best shape I have ever been in for a climb.  I felt very strong and had great endurance.  We made it to Camp Muir in 5 hours and made the summit in 7 hours (at 0600 hrs. on Saturday the 26th).  This is a route (the Ingraham Direct) we’ve always wanted to try before, but were never able to because it had never been open during any of my previous climbs. Thanks for all the help with my training!”

What you might not know about Justin is that he is a dedicated father of two and husband who works long hard hours.  Justin’s training had to be focused and time efficient.  Way to get it done Justin!  Thanks for sharing.

The Whole 9 Seminar

We are bringing the Whole 9 to Wenatchee on July 6 at 5:00 pm.  We are stoked to have Dallas and Mellisa share their knowledge and views with us.  The seminar will cover the following:

  • How certain food groups are negatively impacting how you look, feel and perform, even if you don’t immediately notice their effects
  • What you should be eating to look, feel and perform your best – and why you don’t really need to weigh and measure all your food to achieve excellent fitness levels
  • How to break unhealthy patterns, habits and cravings related to food, and change the way you eat for the rest of your life in a healthy, balanced, satisfying and sustainable manner
  • How to make food work for you by speeding up the healing process – and how poor food choices contribute to keeping you sick, weak and injured
  • How to manage healthy eating under any circumstance – while traveling, at home with the family, during social events or in a business setting.
  • The best way to incorporate “cheats” into your diet, enjoying the foods you really want without compromising your overall health and fitness goals

For more info on the seminar click here.  The cost will be 75$ for the four plus hour seminar.  Space will be  limited and you must preregister.  Cash, credit cards and checks (made out to The Inner Circle) will hold your spot.

Thanks Kyle and Tash for your help in setting this up!

Our ladies get after and have ton a fun doing it.  Come on down and join a class.  All abilitiy and fitness levels welcome!

The Rack

Bodyweight training  – lifting doesn’t have to be heavy unless you are carrying a few extra lbs.

A few of members playing on, under, and around the Rack.

Come on in on Tuesday at 6:30 pm (originally was Wednesday) for KB swing work.

Our gym

This is a great shot of a few of our members mixing it up.  Their workout included some kettlebells, barbells and burpees . . . . among other things.  I like seeing the gym like this.
