Tuesday at Noon

12:00- Coed Barbell Strength – Small Group Class. Practice Strength training under the guidance of Cathy and Adam. (Extra $28/month to your membership). Open to all. Contact us for more info.

5:30 pm- Coed Functional Training Circuit (45 mins)

 

Saturday Morning

7:30- Coed Functional Training Circuit (45-60 mins)

 

 $10 for any class or gym drop in.
