Monday and Wednesday at Lunch

12:10 pm- Coed Functional Training Circuit (45 mins)

Tuesday and Thursday at Lunch – Strength Club

12:00 – 1:00 – Coed Strength Training – $12/visit (punch card needed)

This will be a chance to learn proper lifting techniques and get stronger!

Class size will be limited to maintain quality. Please sign up before the class.

Wednesday Early Morning

5:35- Coed Functional Training Circuit (45 mins)

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings

8:30 am - Women Only Functional Training Circuit (45 mins)

9:30 am- Yoga (1 hour)  – Coed Class

Wednesday Evening

7:30 pm- Yoga (1 hour)  – Coed Class with JanBullock

Thursday Nights

5:30 pm Coed Functional Training Circuit (45 mins)

Friday Early Morning

5:35- Coed Functional Training Circuit with a TRX bias (45 mins)

For non-members $10 for both morning classes (plus tax).

First visit is free – a circuit class is great way to get a taste of ICG

Wednesday Orientaion and Kettlebell Swing Day

Orientation and Kettlebell Swing class hours.  Wednesday at 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.  You must sign up for these times (via email or phone call).  As a new member we will utilize these hours to orient you to the gym and get you swinging a kettlebell properly.  These are included in you membership.
