Consistent

I can’t tell you how stoked I am for Mike Young who got his first pull up yesterday!   Here is a shot of his second, a day later.  Maybe you can tell from the photo, but he is a big boy weighing in at 300# at 6′-5″ and this was not an easy task.  He’s been working on this for about 7 weeks, ever since we posted the goal challenge.   He has been consistent in his efforts and made it a priority in his workouts.  Next goal for Mike (after a talk with the Dr.) is to drop a few benchmark “health” numbers without the help of the Pharmaceutical Industry.  I know that he’ll attack that with same consistency that he did his pull ups and he’ll achieve that as well.  Great job Mike.
