We don&#8217;t have treadmills here.  However we do a great sidewalk for 400-800m efforts right outside our doors.  We also have over 10 miles of worldclass paved trail (the Apple Capital Loop trail) within 150m of our doors as well.  Come on down, workout and then finish up outside, it&#8217;s much better than staring at TV&#8217;s.
