get slammed

Thanks to our members for the break last week.  We are back and ready to hit it extra hard, just like Jeff today doing tabata ball slams.

Next Thursday at noon we’re going to have a Lunch and Learn KB Swing class.  Come on down and improve your swing.  Please call or sign up before  so we can plan accordingly. 

An update to the Exercise Physiology presentation by Dr. Stuart Freed, it’ll be on September 2 at 7:00 pm. 

Keep checking the upcoming events as we’ll be having more Kettlebell Swing classes, and some Deadlift classes coming up to get folks strong and powerful.
