It’s okay

It is okay to get mad. Slam something.  Hit something.  Row, Sprint, Air Dyne it out of you.

It happens to us all.  Irritating coworker, rough family situation, or unexpected financial hit.  Less than awesome days happen to us all.  It’s how we handle those days that define us.

Whatever you do, focus that extra energy towards something useful.  Just try it,  I bet you can’t break that slam ball.
