ICG Goals

These are measurable and attainable goals from Inner Circles Gym Members:

Ryan – 50K trail run, rope climb w/out legs, Iron Man Length Tri (sub 13 hrs)

Elizabeth – Marathon Relay

Natasha – 2x bw deadlift, 1 muscle up

Mary – Marathon Relay

Matt Tangeman- A one-armed push up (with both arms)

Kim Tangeman-1 unassisted pull up

Steph Cosina- Run two marathons in two weeks

Justin Cook- 30 Strict Muscle Ups in 20 minutes

Justin Kissel – Muscle Up, Ride Devils Gulch out and back from #2 Canyon

Bryan Chance – Strict Muscle Up, Ride Devils Gulch out and back from #2 Canyon

Tom Keene – 2x Bodyweight Deadlift, 50 consecutive pullups, 1 muscle up

Edgar – Ride Devils Gulch out and back from #2 Canyon

Jake Ulrich – A muscle up

John Snyder – A muscle up, 50 pullups without stopping

Elsa – 1 unassisted pull up, 1 rope climb, back skating hockey crossovers

Katie – Do 8 Pullups

Donnie E – Graduate first out of bootcamp

Jesse – to lose 30# by July 1 2010

Josh Diede- Run a marathon and climb a 5.11 (on top rope clean)

Claudia-Exercise Smart (listen to body and act on it), Run a 5k without walking, pull up unassisted

Michael Young- 1 unassisted pull up

Chris Scott – Place in top 3 of the Chelan Man Sprint clydesdale division, a 2010 muscle up

Adam – Single leg Pistol – both legs

Donni – Ski- The Elevator Shaft, Ski off of the summit of Baker and Rainier.
