Mitch is definitely one of members that gets it.  He is back after an injury slowed him down last year.  He recently performed well (he fights) over the weekend.  However he noted some of his weaknesses that he needed to improve on.  He came up with this drag, flip, and hit workout.  So far he’s already gone through one training partner.  Keep it up Mitch, even if you have to train alone.
