Jason making the small tire a little more challenging.  Try taking a favorite exercise and doing it one armed (swings, bench press with a kb, push ups, bw rows, overhead squats, etc).  The key is dropping the load so that you can keep everything square – think shoulders and hips square to one another.  This is accomplished by keeping the abs, lats and glutes extra engaged.   Enjoy
