PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Personal Training Sessions – per 3/4 Hour Session – $45,  5/$200,  10/$350

Personal Training Sessions – per 1 Hour Session – $50 or 10/$450

Personal Training with a friend or friends! (2, 3 or 4 people)  per 1/2 Hour Session $25/person , 10/$200/person.  We have nonmember rates as well.

Premium Training Plans – These packages are available for members and nonmembers. Get reduced training rates and the ability to lock in your training time indefinitely.  Call or stop by for details.

TRAINING PACKAGES TO HELP ATHLETES UTILIZE THE GYM EVEN MORE:

Intro to the Gym – $200,  Five  1 Hour Sessions to kickstart your training here at ICG – Rowing and Tabata protocol, Bodyweight, Work Capacity, Kettlebells and Strongman.

Intro to Kettle Bells – $100, Two 1 hour sessions teaching more advanced exercises.  Prerequisite is a coming to a KB swing class

Intro to Barbells – $100, Two 1 hour sessions covering the fundamentals of the low bar back squat, deadlift, press and bench press

Add $35 to your current membership rate for 1 hour of personal training directed by you each month.  This is a $15 dollar savings per month.  You choose how to utilize the time for refinement, new skill training, mobility training, program design  or whatever else you choose.

Custom training, instruction  and program design at $50/hour

Other services we provide:

Body Composition Testing – $25 for each test

Nutritional Guidance through Tammi Flynn M.S. , R.D.

Yoga Instruction

Joint Mobility Instruction

All of our training services are available to nonmembers as well.  Please call to arrange a meeting time so we can discuss these training options.
