Ski Conditioning 2018

Ski Conditioning starts Monday October 29

Be ready as soon as the lifts start spinning and the snow stacks up!

Have more fun in the slope this winter! Our 5 week (3 sessions/week) class is progressive and is designed to increase your strength, endurance, power, cardio and injury resistance. All ages,fitness levels and snow riders are welcome!

We are offering only one session this year and limiting it to 10 people, to maintain quality. ┬áIt’s filling up already (in early September) so make this commitment to your winter now.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30.
Gym Members – $175 (Plus WST)
Nonmembers – $215 (Plus WST)
