Squat a Lot

Yeah, we squat a lot here.  We also squat, jump forward, jump side to side (both on one foot and two), jump on boxes, and deadlift and train all aspects of  balance on one leg in our Ski Conditioning Class.  We get to dig deeper, and train some sport specificity that we don’t normally get to in our circuit classes.  So if you are looking for more focus on skiing or snowboard training.  Come join us for our next round Ski Conditioning starting November 13.
