Want to get Stronger?

Starting next week we’ll be offering barbell seminars.  The goal of these seminars will be to get you squatting, dead lifting, pressing and bench pressing correctly.  We’ll spend roughly an hour per movement for this initial seminar.  We’ll talk about how to incorporate strength training  into your current program.
